Following the flooding, our work included, 

• Assessing the initial damage and advising the client 

• Preparation of initial condition report and assessing the value of loss

• Advising both the client and insurer of improvements which would limit the impact of future flooding

• Negotiation with the relevant insurance provider and appointed loss adjuster 

• Preparation of Specification of Work 

• Preparation of tender documents and review of contractor’s tenders

• Overseeing the works, including organisation of Specialist Third Parties

• Completion and handover to the client
