• Preparation of initial condition report 

• Negotiation with the relevant insurance provider and appointed loss adjuster 

• Preparation of Specification of Work 

• Preparation of tender documents and review of contractor’s tenders

• Overseeing the works, including organisation of Specialist Third-Parties

•  Completion and handover to the client
