This project covered the internal and external refurbishment of a substantial residential building split into apartments approximately 40 years ago; the work involved energy and fire improvements to the fabric of the building to comply with current legislative requirements.

Our work included, 

• Preparation of specification of works 

• Liaising with Third-Party fire and energy specialists 

• Preparation of tender documents and review of contractor’s tenders

• Overseeing the works, including organisation of Specialist Third Parties

• Completion and handover to the client
